Financial Grants and Support:
Multiple HBCUs have received substantial financial support. North Carolina A&T State University received a $1.1 million grant to enhance its special education program. Tennessee State University was awarded $4.9 million to upgrade campus infrastructure and build a new biomedical research center. First-ever HBCU All-Stars International Team to practice in Atlanta, before heading to Paris in July. The team consists of 10 elite players carefully selected from the HBCU All-Star games of 2022, 2023 and 2024 held in New Orleans, Houston and Phoenix. (Fox 5 Atlanta)
